The pathway

Find, confirm, monitor.
Before it becomes a claim.

Asthma and COPD flare-ups are a common reason for admission. Finding members early and monitoring them at home helps them stay well.

alveoflow Neo portable oscillometry device

Screen at the health check.

Members who opt in take a quick breathing test during their annual health check.

Bundles

Two bundles. The full picture.

Spirometry and oscillometry answer different questions. Together they test every patient and catch what either test alone would miss.

alveoflow ProOscillometry (FOT)
alveoAir UltraSpirometry
alveoOxy6-minute walk test

Diagnose every patient, including those who cannot blow.

Spirometry is the guideline standard for confirming asthma and COPD. Oscillometry works with normal breathing, picks up small-airway disease early and tests patients who cannot do a forced blow. One visit, both answers, one report.
